Finally a Good Nights Sleep: The Wholetones Sleep Device: you are desperate for a good night’s sleep, you need to read this. Studies show that lack of sleep causes stress, irritability, weight gain, and can even lead to death. But I don’t need to tell you all of that. You already know how bad things can be when you don’t get enough sleep.
Believe me, I feel your pain. I have been there.
Finally a Good Nights Sleep: The Wholetones Sleep Device
You may be one of the 60 million people who have trouble falling and staying asleep. A full 8-hour slumber is how your body heals, repairs, and rebuilds damaged tissues. Your body even flushes out more toxins during sleep—10 times more efficiently than when you’re awake!
If you can’t sleep, your body and mind are missing out on so much incredible healing. Sleep is a big passion of mine, as for my neurotoxic clients, sleep one of the hardest things to figure out. Supplements can work for a while, sure, but eventually, even those can fail.
A Good Night’s Sleep: The Sound Connection.
I recently sat down with my friend, Michael Tyrell, who discovered 7 hidden musical frequencies that have the power to heal the mind, body, and spirit. His development was manifested during a visit to Israel that yielded an unexpected but divine event. The first time I met Michael, we discussed how these tones affect different health aspects, like stress, energy, and productivity. During our recent conversation, however, we went into how Michael has since orchestrated these tones to affect your sleep, too. What he discovered will take your sleep to the next level.
However, before I explain this sleep discovery, I’d like to back up first to the time many years ago, when Michael Tyrrell met a piano player in Jerusalem named David. David was playing Christian songs of worship in an orthodox Jewish coffee house, and after playing, he strolled up to Michael’s table during a break and they got to talking about music. After talking for some time, bonding over music and their shared belief system, David handed Michael a book.
A Good Night’s Sleep: An Ancient Secret Revealed
Michael didn’t think much of this book until he returned home, but that piano player had given him the manuscript of psalms written by King David himself. Now, locked inside those psalms was a 3,000-year-old secret that Michael down his path that would change his life. Michael realized that every one of those psalms (7 in total) had its very own frequency. Every sound creates a frequency, which is measured with a unit called hertz (Hz), or the rate a frequency vibrates. Michael discovered that each of these frequencies made up what’s known as the solfeggio scale.
Just to give you some backstory, before David was King, he used to soothe King Saul by playing his harp using the frequencies of the solfeggio scale. Those frequencies had the ability to calm and relax Saul. It struck Michael that these frequencies must have the same power over us too. These frequencies (measured in hertz) were: 396 Hz, 417 Hz, 444 Hz, 528 Hz, 639 Hz, 741 Hz, & 852 Hz He started experimenting with these frequencies, playing them on his guitar.
A Good Night’s Sleep: Exploring Sounds Frequencies
Michael then discovered that to get the proper modulation, he had to retune his instrument to mirror David’s tuning, which was very different from the tuning of today. The official concert pitch adopted 1936 by the American Standards Association, calls for the note A to be tuned to 440 Hz. This simply didn’t work with David’s music, so Michael decided he was going to set these healing frequencies to modern music.
And with that his Wholetones: The Healing Frequency Music Project was born, and he began to share his discovery with the public.
Wholetones, Michael realized, were lowering people’s blood pressure, encouraging peaceful relaxation in those who used it, even in children and pets. Michael noticed that this music was causing spontaneous healing, the vanishing of post-traumatic stress in soldiers and victims of abuse. People were overcoming chronic pain, and dysfunction of the gut improved and even disappeared.
A Good Night’s Sleep: Miraculous Results
Some diseases were even reported to miraculously clear up. The feedback that Michael heard the most, however, was that Wholetones was helping them sleep. Now, of course, music has been helping people sleep for hundreds of years. According to The National Sleep Foundation, listening to relaxing music 45 minutes before bedtime can allow you to fall asleep faster, sleep longer, and wake up less during the night
Michael didn’t initially start out to make a sleep project. However, so many people fell asleep listening to his first Wholetones device. Michael remembered growing up, his mom holding him and singing lullabies. How he’d calm to the vibrations on her chest. When he started creating this new device devoted just to sleep, he knows they had to have the right frequency for these lullabies. And they had to bring you 6-8 hours of undisturbed slumber.
A Good Night’s Sleep: Finding the Right “Lullaby”
Once he found the right frequency and assigned it to the right songs, he crafted a soothing, almost magical 6-song collection of lullabies for grown-ups (and everyone else) and it’s putting more and more people to sleep every night.
When I learned of Michael’s new Wholetones2Sleep device, I had to try it for myself. I was curious if this was what was missing for my many clients who were just not sleeping. What I noticed right away was how the simple vibrations really reset the clock of my circadian rhythm. Within minutes I was relaxed, my mind at ease.
I truly felt the magic of this inspired creation. I would say that every living thing can benefit from proper frequencies. Your cells hear frequency. Of course, we can hear it with our ears, but our cells perceive the frequency too. You’ll get the cellular change regardless, whether your ear is picking it up or not. Hearing is actually irrelevant. In fact, I keep my volume on my Wholetones2Sleep turned to the lowest setting so I can hardly hear it, and it works like magic.
The benefits of these specific frequencies, and how they can impact sleep in a positive way are monumental. Music impacts our mood, body, and health in ways we never thought possible!
