
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground bison
- 1 cup diced butternut squash
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1-2 tsp cumin
- 1-2 tsp coriander
- 2 cups broth
- Sea salt + pepper
Instructions:
- .Brown bison in a pot.
- Add onion, celery, garlic; cook for a few minutes.
- Stir in squash, spices, broth, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 20-25 minutes until squash is tender.
- Serve!
