Ingredients:
3 cups yellow onions, thinly sliced
3 Tbsp. butter
1 cup green onions, thinly sliced
3 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1⁄2 cup Parmesan cheese
1⁄4 tsp. hot sauce
Oregano, parsley, and basil to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- In a medium skillet, cook yellow onions in butter, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.
- Add green onions and cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat, cool.
- Whisk eggs in a large bowl until frothy.
- Whisk in cream, cheese, pepper sauce, and a

- Bake for approximately 30-40 minutes until the knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
