Serves 2
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower florets
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
- 1 tsp. powdered cinnamon
- 2 cups hemp milk (or preferred milk)
- 1/2 cup plain coconut yogurt (or preferred yogurt)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. Stevita stevia
- Pinch of sea salt
- Blend all ingredients (use tamper) until smooth, adding more hemp milk or filtered water to thin, if desired.
- Serve and enjoy!
