Cauliflower Berry Blast Smoothie

Serves 2
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1 tsp. powdered cinnamon
  • 2 cups hemp milk (or preferred milk)
  • 1/2 cup plain coconut yogurt (or preferred yogurt)
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. Stevita stevia
  • Pinch of sea salt
  1. Blend all ingredients (use tamper) until smooth, adding more hemp milk or filtered water to thin, if desired.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
