Kale Chips

Ingredients:

  • 1 Bunch kale
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1⁄2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tbsp. Olive oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Remove the stems and ribs from the kale and cut or rip into 1 1⁄2 pieces.
  3. Toss with olive oil, salt, and garlic powder.
  4. Lay single-layered on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake until crisp, flipping once, about 15-20 minutes.
