Ingredients:
- 1 Medium head fresh cauliflower (about 1 1⁄2 lb.)
- 1⁄2 Cup butter
- 1⁄4 Cup half and half
- 3⁄4 tsp. sea salt
- Black pepper to taste
- Minced chives or scallions (optional)
Directions:
- Steam cauliflower in a steamer basket or a small amount of water in a saucepan until tender, and drain.
- In a food processor, blend cauliflower, butter, half and half, sea salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and serve immediately.
