Ginger Kombucha Pops

Berry Ginger Kombucha Pops
  • 2 cups homemade (preferred) or store bought kombucha tea
  • 1/2 cup organic strawberries, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger, finely diced
  • Set of 6 BPA free popsicle molds
  1. Drop strawberries and ginger bits into molds.
  2. Pour kombucha over berries, leave 1/2 inch at rim for expansion.
  3. Place popsicle holder sticks into mold and freeze for 4-6 hours.
  4. Enjoy!
