Tropical Delight Smoothie
  • 1 cup unsweetened, full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, sliced
  • 1 banana
  • 1 orange, peeled and slides
  • 2-3 Tbsp. collagen powder
  • 1 Tbsp. gelatin powder
  • 1 tsp. turmeric
  • Pinch of sea salt
  1. Pull all ingredients, excluding collagen and gelatin, in a high-speed blender and mix on high speed.
  2. Once thoroughly mixed, add collagen and gelatin and incorporate at low speed.
  3. Enjoy!
  4. Serves 2

 

Vanilla Green Tea Smoothie

Vanilla Green Tea Smoothie
  • 1 cup leftover brewed green tea (cold)
  • 1 can unsweetened, full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 scoops vanilla metaboshake protein powder
  • 2 cups spinach, lightly steamed and drained
  • 2 Tbsp. collagen powder
  1. Pull all ingredients, excluding collagen, in high-speed blender and mix on high speed.
  2. Once thoroughly mixed, add collagen and incorporate at low speed.
  3. Enjoy!
  4. Serves 2

Probiotic Protein Powerhouse

Probiotic Powerhouse
  • 1 can unsweetened, full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 bag frozen raspberries
  • 2 whole, pastured raw eggs
  • 1 capsule high-potency probiotic (such as MBC)
  • 2 capsules Prescript Assist
  • 1-2 scoops Glutamine powder
  1. Empty contents of capsules and put all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
  2. Mix gently until smooth.
  3. Enjoy!
  4. Serves 2

Venison Meatballs

  • 1 lb venison
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp sage
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 2 tbsp gelatin powder
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste
  • Coconut oil for frying
  1. In bowl, mix all ingredients and form into balls.
  2. Heat cast iron or stainless steel pan over medium heat and melt coconut oil.
  3. Place meatballs in heated pan and sauté on all sides until browned and cooked through.
  4. Serve over zucchini noodles or spaghetti squash and drizzle with olive oil and seasonings.
  5. Enjoy!

Carob Banana Ice Cream

  • 3 cans full-fat, unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tbsp raw honey (or stevia to taste)
  • 2 tbsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup carob powder
  • Pinch of sea salt
  1. Place all ingredients in blender and mix thoroughly.
  2. Place in ice cream machine or pour into a large glass bowl and freeze overnight.
  3. Allow to soften, garnish and enjoy!

 

Carrot Cake Shake

  • 1 can unsweetened, full-fat coconut milk
  • 2-3 medium carrots, chopped
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 2 Tbsp. collagen powder
  • 2 Tbsp. gelatin powder
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1 small scoop raisins (optional)
  1. Put all ingredients, excluding collagen and gelatin, in a high-speed blender and mix on high speed.
  2. Once thoroughly mixed, add collagen and gelatin and incorporate at low-speed.
  3. Enjoy!
