Cellular Healing Diet – Veggie Dip

  • 1 – 8 oz. brick organic cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Bragg's Liquid Aminos
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 cup organic sour cream
  • ½ cup vegenaise (made with grapeseed oil)
  • 1 – 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
  1. If your cream cheese is not soft enough to stir with the other ingredients, heat on very low heat in a sauce pan.
  2. Combine all ingredients.
  3. Refrigerate 1-4 hours before serving.

Granny Smith Apple Dip

  • 8 ounces organic cream cheese
  • ½ tsp. vanilla
  • ½ tsp. natural maple flavor
  • ¼ tsp. stevia
  • 2 Tbsp. xylitol
  1. Mix cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
  3. Serve with sliced granny smith apples.

Cellular Healing Diet – Chocolate Covered Nuts

  • 1 Cup Organic Cream
  • ½ Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 ½ Teaspoon Stevita brand stevia
  • ¼ cup xylitol

In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Remove from heat. Add cocoa, stevia, xylitol and salt. Mix well.

Use the chocolate recipe above. Add 3 cups nuts (walnuts/pecans). Mix to cover nuts. Spread onto parchment paper and refrigerate until solid. Keep refrigerated.

Cellular Healing Diet – General Tso’s

Chicken: Combine ½ T tamari, egg yolk, salt and pepper. Add Chicken. Dip in arrowroot powder. Heat oil. Add chili peppers. Fry chicken until golden brown. Remove from pan.Remove most of the oil. Add broccoli and any other veggies. Cook to reach rich green color. Remove from pan.

Combine all sauce ingredients. Pour in pan. Add chili peppers from chicken. Cook until glossy and slightly thick. Pour sauce over chicken and vegetables.

Sauce

  • ¼ cup Tamari ½ teaspoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sherry Cooking Wine
  • 1 tablespoon Bragg Liquid Aminos
  • 1/3 cup Xylitol
  • ¾ teaspoon Stevia
  • 1 + 1/3 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Ginger Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Arrowroot Powder
  • 3 Green Onions, chopped (if desired)
  • 5 – 10 Small Dried Red Chili Peppers (if desired)
Add:
  • Broccoli
  • Brown Rice (if you are eating grains)
  • Any other Veggie that sounds good to you!

Chicken

  • 1 lb. boneless Chicken, cubed
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Tamari
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ cup arrowroot powder
  • 5 – 10 Small Dried Red Chili Peppers (if desired)
  • Grapeseed Oil to fry in

Cheesecake Pancakes

  • 2 Large Brown Eggs
  • 4 oz Horizon Cream Cheese
  • 1 tsp. Stevita Stevia
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 square inch of butter 1/3″ high.
  1. In a small bowl, beat egg whites with electric mixer.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Beat egg yolks, stevita stevia, cinnamon, salt and flaxseed meal into cream cheese.
  4. Fold in the egg whites.
  5. Heat Cast Iron or Stainless Steel pan over medium low heat. Grease lightly with butter or another healing diet approved oil of your choice.
  6. Form pancakes using about 1/4 cup of the batter for each pancake. Cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side. Don't rush – if the temperature is too high, the butter/oil used will burn and turn into a bad fat.
  7. Note: can be served with butter or mixed with low gi fruits.

 

Cellular Healing Diet – Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

Chocolate

  • 1 stick organic butter
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons Stevita brand stevia
  • ½ cup xylitol
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup Valencia peanut butter (I love Trader Joe's)

Peanut Butter Filling

  • 2 tablespoons Vitol brand egg powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • ¾ teaspoon stevia
  • 1 tablespoon xylitol
  • ¼ cup Valencia peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened

In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Remove from heat. Add cocoa, stevia, xylitol and salt. Mix well. Stir in peanut butter until smooth. Set aside.

Combine egg powder, salt, stevia and xylitol. In a separate bowl mix peanut butter and butter together. Add egg powder mixture to peanut butter. Stir well.

Pour enough chocolate in cupcake paper to coat bottom of paper. Spoon a little of the peanut butter on top. Cover with chocolate mixture. Must be kept in refrigerator.
